I moved to Broadstone with my parents at the tender age of 2, and we lived in Sidney Road, off York Road. Hallo, my grandfather Frank Sherwood worked at the factory in 1939, and the family lived in the Broadstone area. Does anyone have any memories to share about the factory of the Sherwoods?
My earliest memories of Broadstone stem from about 1937 when I was five years old.
