RE: My Years at Warnham I attended Warnham court from late 1963 until Christmas 1966. I really enjoyed my time there and remember Tony Hitchcock, Lawrence Lewis, Linda Florey, Margaret Hardy, Marjorie Lee and vaguely John Vosper. We spent some really good times there especially times doing the pantos and plays for the parents I played captain skull in Robinson Crusoe and Baron Hardup in Cinderella Mr and ...see more
Yes, I remember Warnham Court just, in those days the sunken garden was out of bounds, the terraces and the pines, but we still climbed them and many other places were also out of bounds. I remember the dog's graveyard at the end of the drive (school end) and the metal statue of a Lion by the side terrace. There were three dormitories; Arundel, Bodiam, and Lewis, also of a night time some of us used ...see more

I was at Warnham Court school for 2 years, 1972 until '74, great friends, great teachers, great memories, the school did so much for so many.
I was a pupil at the school for one term only, the summer term, which from what I remember was wet. I remember playing cricket & football, if it was wet, we would play table tennis or snooker. We had a stage & would put on shows; at the end of the autumn term the school would put on a pantomime for other schools, although I never took part. I went to another boarding school in ...see more
I came to Warnham Court in 1970, May, and I left in Nov 1974. I have so many memories and I don't think I made the most of my time there. My house matron was Sue Reece and we had Miss Turner. I was in Wren dorm, my number was 19 and I was in Bodiem House. I remember lots of names including Flookie the dog, I get quite emotional looking at the Warnham sites, after all it was home and all these people were my family.
Hi, I remember you, I was a at the school from 1970 to 1977. I hope you are well. They were great days at the school..
During the course of converting Warnham Court in 2002/3, the original floorboards were lifted in what is now the library but was the dining room in the days when it was a school. When the floorboards were lifted an envelope was found addressed to “A CURIOUS PERSON”. In it was a letter written by a pupil at the school, Elaine Clark on 9th March 1983. The Headmaster, who still lives at the lodge to ...see more
I loved my time at Warnham Court, I was there between 1956 to 1958 as best as I can remember. I have great memories of teachers and friends and the activities we took part in. It was a completely different life to what I had and will always cherish the wonderful memories I have.
