Just a note to say that the replacement picture arrived safely and without being bent in half! I really appreciate you sending a replacement and shall be letting the Post Office know that I found their response most unhelpful. Thank you again. I felt I must write and thank you for my recent orders. Firstly it was so kind to honour the vouchers which are probably now out of date and only asking for increased postage. Secondly, I am so pleased with the superb mounted photos. The quality is fantastic and amazing when you think how old some of the originals are. I am so very grateful.

I ordered 2 framed prints of Cobham yesterday, and they have just arrived (1pm) today. I am delighted with a) the prompt turn around but more importantly b) the quality of the products - excellent.
