It is a long time since I dealt with a company as efficient as yours. I congratulate you on the speed and the hassle free way in which you dealt with a picture I received that had been bent in the post. The customer service team answering the telephone have been trained very well and were polite and courteous. What really sealed the icing on the cake was to receive a replacement within 5 days. Congratulations on running a well organised, customer focused company, a real rarity in today's world.

I have received today the two photos of the Crystal palace, and am writing to say how pleased I am with them. I was born and brought up nearby in the 40s,and 50s until 1962 when the family moved to Northampton, I would certainly recommend your products, for the quality and service you provide, the packaging provided excellent protection. Just to say thank you for the 3 framed pictures of old Pontefract, they are lovely just as I wanted and very quick delivery. I am retiring from 48 years in the NHS and I am donating them to the ward at Pontefract Hospital where I worked as a Nurse. They will be delighted and will cheer up many patients that remember that era.

Hello lovely people, Oh my god! My frame arrived! It is my favourite picture of Walton on the naze village. I was so excited to see the picture amongst your selection and promised myself a frame. I fell in love with the village on holiday and consequently chose to travel from London to get married there. This item has made me soooo happy. A perfect picture, perfectly made to remind me of a perfect wedding day. This is the best present my hubby has bought for me. I am enjoying the e-cards and the free downloaded book. As old age comes on I find looking at times gone by interesting , it does not seem to be something we take interest in when growing up, as the old story ask your relatives question about their life. Happy Christmas, keep the photos coming.

I have just viewed many beautiful online pictures of old Rochdale. My memories only go back to the 1960's when I started work there but my mother shared her memories of days back to the 1920's or so. What a town to be proud of in the old days and what proud people Rochdalians were. I wish the same could be said of the town nowadays. So sad what has happened.
