I am writing to ask you to pass on my sincere thanks to everyone concerned in my recent order of 7 photographs from the Around Bournemouth book. Lovely quality for a photo taken 100 years ago
Wasn't sure how good the quality from a 100 year old neg would be, but the photo exceeded my expectations. Mounting and frame looked nice quality as well. The perspex was hard to differentiate from glass, apart from weight, so was an acceptable alternative. Arrived in good time and well packed. All in all very pleased and would recommend.

I ordered my picture last Friday. I appreciated this was very likely to miss the Christmas delivery deadline. Imagine my shock and delight when my order was delivered today (Tuesday). This is outstanding service. The picture was a special Christmas gift for a relative. It featured a striking image of my relative's maternal grandfather as a teenager in 1910. A remarkable find from a remarkable collection. Thank you Francis Frith people.

It is a long time since I dealt with a company as efficient as yours. I congratulate you on the speed and the hassle free way in which you dealt with a picture I received that had been bent in the post. The customer service team answering the telephone have been trained very well and were polite and courteous. What really sealed the icing on the cake was to receive a replacement within 5 days. Just to say thank you for the 3 framed pictures of old Pontefract, they are lovely just as I wanted and very quick delivery. I am retiring from 48 years in the NHS and I am donating them to the ward at Pontefract Hospital where I worked as a Nurse. They will be delighted and will cheer up many patients that remember that era.
