It is a long time since I dealt with a company as efficient as yours. I congratulate you on the speed and the hassle free way in which you dealt with a picture I received that had been bent in the post. The customer service team answering the telephone have been trained very well and were polite and courteous. What really sealed the icing on the cake was to receive a replacement within 5 days. Congratulations on running a well organised, customer focused company, a real rarity in today's world.

Just a note to say that the replacement picture arrived safely and without being bent in half! Very rarely get to write these. Ordered photo for my Dad at about 8.30 on Sunday night (18th) delivered, correct in all regards on 21st. Thank you for getting this to me on time, I am looking forward to giving it to him for Christmas as it shows his primary school and the road he grew up in and is much better than the bar of fruit and nut my brother and I agreed earlier were the only things he would think of if asked to choose a christmas present. Hello lovely people, Oh my god! My frame arrived! It is my favourite picture of Walton on the naze village. I was so excited to see the picture amongst your selection and promised myself a frame. I fell in love with the village on holiday and consequently chose to travel from London to get married there. This item has made me soooo happy. I received my framed prints this morning and I am really delighted with them, they are now proudly hanging on my living room wall. Thankyou very much.

Just received the map and photo both on canvas on wood frames.
These are excellent, the image is sharp and crisp, I was a bit concerned because it was on canvas but it is very good.
The wooden frames are excellent, very robust and well finished.
I didn't want the standard glass frame as the image would look a bit odd because it was small compared with the overall frame so I took a gamble on having the canvas ones as the size is just the image plus a bit.
Very happy with these.
