The photo arrived here in A1 condition 3 days ago. It's even better than I expected it to be and I'm so impressed with the photography and the really fast and convenient transatlantic transaction. It has been a very good experience as well as a good example of British business procedures and courteous customer service at it's very best.The photo of my former home; the old Rectory that my children and grandchildren have never seen is a treasure. The photo is even more special to me as my father's church was razed years ago and the Rectory was remodeled beyond recognition at the same time. Thanks to your photographic skills it will all live forever for me and my family.

Very rarely get to write these. Ordered photo for my Dad at about 8.30 on Sunday night (18th) delivered, correct in all regards on 21st. Thank you for getting this to me on time, I am looking forward to giving it to him for Christmas as it shows his primary school and the road he grew up in and is much better than the bar of fruit and nut my brother and I agreed earlier were the only things he would think of if asked to choose a christmas present. The customer service team answering the telephone have been trained very well and were polite and courteous. What really sealed the icing on the cake was to receive a replacement within 5 days.
