It is a long time since I dealt with a company as efficient as yours. I congratulate you on the speed and the hassle free way in which you dealt with a picture I received that had been bent in the post. The customer service team answering the telephone have been trained very well and were polite and courteous. What really sealed the icing on the cake was to receive a replacement within 5 days. Congratulations on running a well organised, customer focused company, a real rarity in today's world.

Very rarely get to write these. Ordered photo for my Dad at about 8.30 on Sunday night (18th) delivered, correct in all regards on 21st. Thank you for getting this to me on time, I am looking forward to giving it to him for Christmas as it shows his primary school and the road he grew up in and is much better than the bar of fruit and nut my brother and I agreed earlier were the only things he would think of if asked to choose a christmas present. As old age comes on I find looking at times gone by interesting , it does not seem to be something we take interest in when growing up, as the old story ask your relatives question about their life. Happy Christmas, keep the photos coming.
