“ I was just searching for a photograph of a shop that my Grandfather and Father ran at 7 Bridge Street, Wye. Great to find one. My family ran the paper shop from 1962 until I think the Kettles took over. I can't be sure of the end date as both my Grandfather and father have now passed. I can remember living there as a young boy (from age of 4). I also remember the shop being flooded when the river broke it banks. I thought I would just share this with you. I have been back a number of times since and it is great to find your site”

I lived in Liverpool until I met my husband and came down South, 38 years ago and the picture brings back happy memories of working along there. It arrived in perfect condition too which was good, as the postman has a habit of folding everything in quarters and jamming it through the letterbox.
