I have just viewed many beautiful online pictures of old Rochdale. My memories only go back to the 1960's when I started work there but my mother shared her memories of days back to the 1920's or so. What a town to be proud of in the old days and what proud people Rochdalians were. I wish the same could be said of the town nowadays. So sad what has happened. Hello lovely people, Oh my god! My frame arrived! It is my favourite picture of Walton on the naze village. I was so excited to see the picture amongst your selection and promised myself a frame. I fell in love with the village on holiday and consequently chose to travel from London to get married there. This item has made me soooo happy. A perfect picture, perfectly made to remind me of a perfect wedding day. This is the best present my hubby has bought for me. I am enjoying the e-cards and the free downloaded book. Lovely quality for a photo taken 100 years ago
Wasn't sure how good the quality from a 100 year old neg would be, but the photo exceeded my expectations. Mounting and frame looked nice quality as well. The perspex was hard to differentiate from glass, apart from weight, so was an acceptable alternative. Arrived in good time and well packed. All in all very pleased and would recommend.

I have just received my picture of Dale Street, and wanted to tell you how pleased I am with it. I lived in Liverpool until I met my husband and came down South, 38 years ago and the picture brings back happy memories of working along there. It arrived in perfect condition too which was good, as the postman has a habit of folding everything in quarters and jamming it through the letterbox. Owing to your excellent wrapping he had to knock at the door. Thank you once again I'm thrilled with it.
