Very rarely get to write these. Ordered photo for my Dad at about 8.30 on Sunday night (18th) delivered, correct in all regards on 21st. Thank you for getting this to me on time, I am looking forward to giving it to him for Christmas as it shows his primary school and the road he grew up in and is much better than the bar of fruit and nut my brother and I agreed earlier were the only things he would think of if asked to choose a christmas present. I have just viewed many beautiful online pictures of old Rochdale. My memories only go back to the 1960's when I started work there but my mother shared her memories of days back to the 1920's or so. What a town to be proud of in the old days and what proud people Rochdalians were. I wish the same could be said of the town nowadays. So sad what has happened. I'm Just writing to let you know how absolutely delighted I am with my prints I spent many many happy holidays in Bourenmouth when I was a child in the 50s and 60s with my two brothers and parents. The two pictures I chose remind me of those happy days and the memories that will last forever. I still love visiting Bournemouth - it has to be my most favourite place on earth.
