Please accept my heartfelt thanks for dealing so efficiently with my pre-Christmas order and its complications. The prints arrived safely in good time and have proved to be excellent presents. Two octogenarian parents are normally very difficult to buy for at Christmas, but they are highly appreciative of the quality of the picturs and find the subject matter evocative of their childhood days. It is a long time since I dealt with a company as efficient as yours. I congratulate you on the speed and the hassle free way in which you dealt with a picture I received that had been bent in the post. The customer service team answering the telephone have been trained very well and were polite and courteous. What really sealed the icing on the cake was to receive a replacement within 5 days.
