I was just searching for a photograph of a shop that my Grandfather and Father ran at 7 Bridge Street, Wye. Great to find one. My family ran the paper shop from 1962 until I think the Kettles took over. I can't be sure of the end date as both my Grandfather and father have now passed. I can remember living there as a young boy (from age of 4). I also remember the shop being flooded when the river broke it banks. I thought I would just share this with you. I have been back a number of times since and it is great to find your site

Just a note to say that the replacement picture arrived safely and without being bent in half! I really appreciate you sending a replacement and shall be letting the Post Office know that I found their response most unhelpful. Thank you again. I felt I must write and thank you for my recent orders. Firstly it was so kind to honour the vouchers which are probably now out of date and only asking for increased postage. Secondly, I am so pleased with the superb mounted photos. The quality is fantastic and amazing when you think how old some of the originals are. I am so very grateful.

Doesn't get much better - ordered Monday and came on Wednesday. Very pleased with my purchase which looks good on the wall.

It is a long time since I dealt with a company as efficient as yours. I congratulate you on the speed and the hassle free way in which you dealt with a picture I received that had been bent in the post. The customer service team answering the telephone have been trained very well and were polite and courteous. What really sealed the icing on the cake was to receive a replacement within 5 days. Congratulations on running a well organised, customer focused company, a real rarity in today's world.
