It is a long time since I dealt with a company as efficient as yours. I congratulate you on the speed and the hassle free way in which you dealt with a picture I received that had been bent in the post. The customer service team answering the telephone have been trained very well and were polite and courteous. What really sealed the icing on the cake was to receive a replacement within 5 days. Congratulations on running a well organised, customer focused company, a real rarity in today's world.

I have received today the two photos of the Crystal palace, and am writing to say how pleased I am with them. I was born and brought up nearby in the 40s,and 50s until 1962 when the family moved to Northampton, I would certainly recommend your products, for the quality and service you provide, the packaging provided excellent protection.
