I ordered my picture last Friday. I appreciated this was very likely to miss the Christmas delivery deadline. Imagine my shock and delight when my order was delivered today (Tuesday). This is outstanding service. The picture was a special Christmas gift for a relative. It featured a striking image of my relative's maternal grandfather as a teenager in 1910. They say that money can't buy happiness but in the case of Frith photographic portraits there is a big exception. The framed photograph I received from my wife last Christmas was superb! I also received a wonderful book the Christmas before. I was so impressed that this Christmas I've ordered another two framed photographs, the detail and quality is simply astounding.

It is a long time since I dealt with a company as efficient as yours. I congratulate you on the speed and the hassle free way in which you dealt with a picture I received that had been bent in the post. The customer service team answering the telephone have been trained very well and were polite and courteous. What really sealed the icing on the cake was to receive a replacement within 5 days. Congratulations on running a well organised, customer focused company, a real rarity in today's world.

I have received today the two photos of the Crystal palace, and am writing to say how pleased I am with them.
