I am writing to ask you to pass on my sincere thanks to everyone concerned in my recent order of 7 photographs from the Around Bournemouth book. It is a long time since I dealt with a company as efficient as yours. I congratulate you on the speed and the hassle free way in which you dealt with a picture I received that had been bent in the post. The customer service team answering the telephone have been trained very well and were polite and courteous. What really sealed the icing on the cake was to receive a replacement within 5 days. Congratulations on running a well organised, customer focused company, a real rarity in today's world.
