More about this scene
Looking back into Bridge Street with Burden's Corner now well established, the London County & Westminster Bank opposite retained its authentic late Victorian frontage. Andover Lighting and Power, in the small gabled building built in 1904, disappeared with neighbouring Central Hotel. Their sites were redeveloped in the 1960s. Between the motor garage and the corner were Pullar's of Perth, Dyers and Cleaners.
