Bebington, Mayer Park 1936

More about this scene
This photograph looks across Mayer Park from the terrace of Mayer House. The park still serves as a peaceful oasis for the people of Bebington. The ornate pots have gone from the top of the steps, and many of the flower beds have been replaced with shrubs. The trees are also much taller today, creating a mature-looking landscape.
