Bebington, Teehey Lane 1950
Photo ref:

More about this scene
The town owes much to the Victorian jeweller Joseph Mayer, who gave his home village a little library in Mayer Hall in 1866. The grounds behind the hall became a public park, with a small museum exhibiting fine art and crafts, mainly from Ancient Egypt. The spire at the far end of Teehey Lane is that of Christ Church.
