Boscastle, Harbour 1894

More about this scene
The deep inlet of Boscastle Harbour is one of the few safe anchorages on this exposed coast. Its narrowness and the fact that it is surrounded by high cliffs make it very difficult to spot from the sea, and a winding inlet has to be negotiated before the harbour can be reached.
