All 300,000 photographs in The Frith Collection have been scanned, but as the photos were taken over a 110 year period on a wide range of glass & film negatives, using different photographic processes, every image has to be checked and optimised, before we make a print for a customer.

My uncle, Tom Gordon, was the owner of the hotel from the 1950s to his death in 1966. I visited several times over those years, the first time in about 1953. I was borne in 1956 in a house on Broadlea Grove Bramley and lived there until I got married in 1975 had really happy times and Iv lots of happy memories playing on the streets or in Bramley Fallwoods and at the canal I still live in Bramley but on the Swinnow
