Camberley, King's Ride 1909

More about this scene
Turning right at the top of the High Street into London Road, and taking the first road to the left, we find ourselves in King's Ride, which would take us onto Barossa Common. It was named King's Ride because King George III used to ride this way on his return to Windsor Castle. The first road to the right, York Road, was where Whites Garage had their workshops for many years, before moving to new premises.
