Chepstow, High Street c.1935

More about this scene
The ornate clock on the Herbert Lewis department store building on the right is still a prominent feature of the High Street. Gone, however, are Skyrmes Café & Boarding House beyond and the Bon Marché, where, at one time, Chepstow school children were supplied with their uniforms.
