More about this scene
The 160ft tower of the mainly Perpendicular church of St Peter and St Paul soars majestically over the town and is a prominent day mark for shipping in the choppy coastal waters. The tower once acted as a lighthouse and is the second loftiest in Norfolk after that of Norwich Cathedral.
