More about this scene
The Village 1923 Freshwater gets its name from the supply of pure clean water rising so near to the sea. It now gives its name to a district at the southwestern end of the Isle of Wight, from the village itself, a couple of miles inland, to the popular Freshwater Bay on the south coast.
