Christmas Deliveries: If you placed an order on or before midday on Friday 19th December for Christmas delivery it was despatched before the Royal Mail or Parcel Force deadline and therefore should be received in time for Christmas. Orders placed after midday on Friday 19th December will be delivered in the New Year.

Hunters Cottage Reading Road Eversley Henry & Rosa Evans
A Memory of Eversley.
As a 5 year old I remember visiting a large house (detached maybe 5 bedrooms) to visit my Great Aunt Rosa in around 1969/1970. She died in 1970 and her husband Henry died in 1972. I remember from my visit that Henry took in in the garden with two dogs and at the bottom was a small river. I have been unable to locate the property Hunters Cottage on any map. Can anyone advise/ help with this property or my description. I know that in his younger days Henry was a gamekeeper and trained dogs ?
I have found Hunters Cottage on a 1930s map and it would correspond with 18- 20 Reading Road Eversley. The Evans lived at Hunters Cottage from 1946 to their deaths. Does anyone remember them ?
