A Memory of Fallin.

i went to fallin primary school i was born in 1952 Capt Gracie was the headmaster at fallin school, i lived in the wooden house in Hilton Terrace number 19 , auld Hailey Mghee was our next door neighbours, my late dad was a miner at the Manor Powis pit his name was Sam Mcallister , my mum was Lizzie she ran the tattie lorry , i had two brothers Frank(callie) and Raymond both deceased as my folks are i used to love the gala day when we all got dressed up in our frocks and queued up at the park for our bag of cakes and a drink, i left fallin in 1985 ,now living in a wee flat near stirling castle,i have very fond memories of fallin, my name is june
