More about this scene
Here we see a busy harbour scene, with fishing boats on the left and several sailing boats, along with a number of harbour tugs. The white paddle steamer is the 'Plymouth Belle', which ran for a year or two between Plymouth, Penzance and Torquay. Falmouth Docks are behind, with a four-masted sailing ship in one of the dry-docks on the right.
