The Upper Deck Pool
A Memory of Hampton Court.
Does anyone remember the upper deck outside pool. Spent alot of summer school holidays there, was such fun days.

The words Upper Deck brought memories flooding back to me(I am 72).
I went to school in West Molesey,and we had our weekly swimming lessons at The Upper Deck(I can still swim well thanks to these lessons).
I remember it being made (on two stories) from wood paneling.
The view from the "Upper Deck" was great, and the view over the river was always fascinating
I had my first packet of Bovril crisps there (can you still get them I wonder?).
The only disadvantage was in the Winter,when being open air wasn't very pleasant.
From what I read on the net,The Upper Deck has been demolished,and replaced by houses.?
