Christmas Deliveries: If you placed an order on or before midday on Friday 19th December for Christmas delivery it was despatched before the Royal Mail or Parcel Force deadline and therefore should be received in time for Christmas. Orders placed after midday on Friday 19th December will be delivered in the New Year.
Please Note: Our offices and factory are now closed until Monday 5th January when we will be pleased to deal with any queries that have arisen during the holiday period.

Scared
A Memory of Heswall.
I Remember as a 6-7 year old child my self and my brother spending time here our family was quite large 12 children in all so I think my mother sent us off to this hospital so she could have some respite, I remember some nuns picking us up from Liverpool and taking us here I still remember being absolutely terrified and scared so much so I can still remember them putting a red plastic cover on my bed every night because i used to wet it, I also remember walking in the grounds and there was children in a ward with shaved heads I didn't know at that age why ! But i now realise it felt I was so far away from home I could have been in another country.
