Christmas Deliveries: If you placed an order on or before midday on Friday 19th December for Christmas delivery it was despatched before the Royal Mail or Parcel Force deadline and therefore should be received in time for Christmas. Orders placed after midday on Friday 19th December will be delivered in the New Year.
Please Note: Our offices and factory are now closed until Monday 5th January when we will be pleased to deal with any queries that have arisen during the holiday period.

A Memory of Hornsea.
Ok people who survived. Im trying to find out who is Bringing a Civil case against the NHS for the abuse we suffered.
The police did open and investigation but all the people they needed to question were dead.
I am trying to get my medical files from the Council records which there are some i believe but i wanted to help if i can with the civil case .
we all need the truth.

Hi Kim,
Thank you for reaching out. I was the investigating officer in this, and unfortunately I was unable to find a living suspect within the criminal investigation so was not able to progress a criminal case.
This does not prevent you from asking questions though. During my investigation I requested to see medical records etc, but struggled as I was only permitted to view anything relating to the victims who had given me direct permission. They are held by east riding of Yorkshire council.
There is a chance of a civil case being built against the NHS as they were responsible for the home at the time the abuse occurred, but this is not something that the police can become involved in.
