More about this scene
Ingoldisthorpe is an open village on the sandy soils of north-west Norfolk. When Eleanor Tylden celebrated her 100th birthday here in 1923, she was visited by no less than three queens - Queen Alexandra, Queen Mary and Queen Maud of Norway, all from the nearby royal estate at Sandringham.
