The Great Orme Tramway is split into an upper and lower section at Halfway station. This photo is taken on the lower section at the middle passing place, situated on Ty Gwyn Road just above Black Gate. I used to live near that gas tank and sometimes you could smell the gas. Also across the road, there was "something dangerous" which the local residents wanted removing,I think it was a fire or explosive hazard of some kind. Glyn,Llandudno
