A Memory of Lockerbie.

I was born at Bruntshields Farm Lochmaben in 1938 Moved to Threewell Brae at the beginning of the war after the war moved to Victoria Park in lockerbie but only foe about 2 years before we moved to Paisley.

I have many wonderful memories of my very young years in this area.

I recently came across a sale notice of my 3rd great grandfather who was living at Threewellbrae at the time (May 1860). He was a baker and the sale notice included his bakery business equipment and contents, a horse, two carts, etc. Hope to visit this cottage one day when I visit the "homeland." :) Brent Dickson -Columbus, OH
