Boys stand guard over fishing nets at West Looe. Across the harbour is Buller Quay at East Looe, where three railway trucks can be seen. Development is under way, and the higher terraces have been erected since photograph no 21296. Always a fishing harbour, Looe benefited from the well-built quays once the mineral traffic ceased.
