More about this scene
LOWICK BRIDGE, The River Crake L462009 Lowick Bridge is the second road bridge to span the waters of the River Crake after it leaves Coniston Water, and is close to the pub. The name 'Crake' probably means 'a rocky stream'. To the left of the bridge there is now Water Park, new housing.
