Kirkham Caravan Park?

A Memory of Lytham.

I am currently researching my family history, and my grandparents lived at Kirkham Caravan Park around 1952/53. They lived in a small caravan and had their first child, (my mum) at Lytham St Annes Hospital. I have photos of the caravan they lived in, but I am struggling to find any information on any caravan parks in the area. I have found a map which lists a caravan park next to Ribby Hall Leisure Village, which is still running today. Maybe the caravan park was part of the leisure village? Or owned by the same people? If anyone can help me out, I would be really grateful.
