Compare this view of the nave to the 1924 photograph. Above the altar we can see a decorated screen, which has long been removed. The long wooden pews of the earlier photograph have been replaced with chairs, and the chandeliers which were attached to the triforium are no longer in place. Notice the carved wooden pulpit, which was installed at the time of the restoration in 1928.
