More about this scene

Market Deeping has been fortunate in that it has kept most of its attractive stone buildings, and this street is still much the same today. However, the use of the buildings has changed, and the Georgians Restaurant (right) became The Laurels Rest Home in 1985. The building is dated 1878. Next door is the Caudle House restaurant.
