More about this scene

Cliff House was built in the mid 19th century by the Pease family, who owned the nearby Upleatham Ironstone Mines. It was sold to the Holiday Fellowship organisation before the Second World War. In later years it became semi-derelict before being bought by the Church Army for a retirement home.

It even had a games room with a ping pong table (yes it was a simpler time!) Every day ...see more
