A Selection of Memories from North Molton

For many years now, we've been inviting visitors to our website to add their own memories to share their experiences of life as it was, prompted by the photographs in our archive. Here are some from North Molton

Sparked a Memory for you?

If this has sparked a memory, why not share it here?

I spent most of my school holidays, together with my brother Ronny, at Court Hall from July 1952 to approximately May 1955 - if my memory still serves. From those days. I have retained or rediscovered contact with just two persons: Peter Harris and Claude Camhy. I remember an Irene Condon and a lad called Paul hailing from Mauritius, I seem to remember. Also an Elisabeth and a Berenice. 😀 ...see more
Were the stables and hounds still there when you were there ..... There were two black ponies in the field one was called Jet cant remember the other one. Was so sad when I returned to Devon to find the house demolished .......
