Greetings from Canada. Although I have never visited England I have long had a great admiration of Wales. My Great Grandfather who was born in London in 1835 of Welsh parents wrote many notations in margins of a Family Bible of stories handed down of related families who dwelt in Pembroke, way back to 1700's. My grandad came from Pembroke, when my dad was a boy he used to visit there. He said he used to have to dress up tidy when going to visit  family there. His name was William Rowland Hill. He said one of his relatives done a stained glass window in a little church in Pembroke Dock but I can't remember where it was.
The white dust on the water in the Pembroke photgraphs is flour from the Town Watermill. After a minor fire this lovely building was wickedly destroyed by the Council. It would be a major attraction today.
