A Memory of Pickmere.

The name of the farm on the right of the photo is Wall Hill Farm, it was my dad's farm until he died in 1979. My auntie used to live in the Blacksmith's cottage across the road opposite until she passed away.

I used to play on this farm with Ken Astbury in the 1960's we had a caravan on David Platts campsite my brother used to Knock around with Collin until he was sadly killed in a motor accident. There was also Cathy we actually gave Kenny a caravan that he turned into a pigeon loft.

Hi I've only just seen your comment to this, Kenny passed away I think it was 12 years this time and Kath passed away 5 years in May. I'll post a couple more photos in line with it being VEday
