What appears to be a statue projecting above the Wilton Bridge is, in fact, a sundial. The clock looks in four different directions and there are metal gnomons on each face. It is a most curious, but charming, feature.

I remember having spent a few years of my childhood as an evacuee in a place called lea. The address was 4 cross cottages eccels wall lea. My sister also was with me there, it was the most memorable time of my life. The lady we lived with and her Daughter Kitty was very very kind to us.
