A Long Time
A Memory of Shadwell.
Born there in 1918, moved away in 1971. Had a lot of happy times plus not so happy, which is normal in life. Mr Heaps was the old schoolmaster, Miss Mings the lady teacher, many a slap with her butter slapper, a crime today, discipline in my time, no pussy footting as now.
Age now 93, happy days.
