South Petherton

A Memory of South Petherton.

I previously wrote regarding my family being evacuated to South Petherton during the second world war, i have one living relative left who has unfortunately got dementia but he still remembers his time as a boy in the village, he says he stayed in Cleals Cottages ? which i believe have since been demolished, is there anybody who remembers where those cottages were situated please ? My grandfather is buried in South Petherton cemetery his grave was situated on the left as you go in but when i went to visit a few years ago it looks like all the grave stones have been taken down or vandalised in that area, is there any way of finding out through records where his grave was situated ... thank you if you can help me
