More about this scene
This intriguing historical fishing village lies between two prominent headlands, Penny Nab and Cowbar Nab. Walk around Staithes, and the past is along every alleyway. Red-tiled cottages are squeezed into narrow passages that rise dramatically from seashore to cliff top.
