Theydon Bois 1940

A Memory of Theydon Bois.

In September 1940 my wife, now 82 yrs, was bombed in Silvertown, East London docks.
Her familyof 8 were taken to a scouts hut in Theydon Bois, Essex. From there they were moved to Budworth Hall, Ongar, Essex. then they were moved on to Torrells Hall, Willingale, Essex. Finally they found a home in Norton Heath, Ongar, Essex for the rest of the war. If anyone can remember can they post.
