Totland Bay is the westernmost inhabited bay on the Isle of Wight, with views up the English Channel to Bournemouth and the Dorset coast. This resort was established in Victorian times and quickly found favour with eminent visitors such as Alfred, Lord Tennyson and the Queen herself.
