“Thank you for the excellent service on my order for two pictures, the product, delivery and packaging were superb. Our friends are amazed that pictures like these existed and have difficulty in believing how much our home area has changed and also how much is still the same! A cousin living in Leicestershire was in tears to see a picture of her grandmother's house she played in as a child. Thank You”

“Dear Francis Frith, I am 61 years old and for some years have been unable to locate a grave in North Wales based on a single photo taken in the 30s by my father (now deceased). Thanks to your Photo Gallery I found a cemetery that I didn't know existed, emailed them, and have located that grave. Your gallery is of inestimable value as a research tool. Thank you so much. Yours sincerely, John Hamilton-Smit”
“I have just viewed many beautiful online pictures of old Rochdale. My memories only go back to the 1960's when I started work there but my mother shared her memories of days back to the 1920's or so. What a town to be proud of in the old days and what proud people Rochdalians were. I wish the same could be said of the town nowadays. So sad what has happened. Thank you so much for the marvellous pictures that have both made me smile and brought a tear or two. God bless you”

“ I was just searching for a photograph of a shop that my Grandfather and Father ran at 7 Bridge Street, Wye. Great to find one. My family ran the paper shop from 1962 until I think the Kettles took over. I can't be sure of the end date as both my Grandfather and father have now passed. I can remember living there as a young boy (from age of 4). I also remember the shop being flooded when the river broke it banks. I thought I would just share this with you. I have been back a number of times since and it is great to find your site”

Many thanks are also due to the young lady at the end of the telephone, her cheerful, bubbly and friendly manner made the ordering process a real pleasure.
